Don’t Waste Your Relationships | Discipleship Is Our Legacy (Pt 4) | Pastor Glenn Magnusen
This is the sermon from our 9/6/26 service. We dig into what it practically looks like to make discipleship a part of an existing relationship, with our main points being: Go deeper, stay intentional, and move each other forward.
Today’s key Scripture verses include: “You, therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus. What you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses, commit to faithful men who will be able to teach others also” (2 Timothy 2:1-2), and “And let us consider one another in order to provoke love and good works not neglecting to gather together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging each other, and all the more as you see the day approaching” (Hebrews 11:24-25).
What are you passing on? We don't just pass on our faith by what we say. We pass it on through our character, priorities, habits, reactions, faithfulness, and relationships.
This year, our focus is on building Stretchy Faith—a kind of faith that moves us beyond what’s comfortable and grows us in the areas that matter most.
