This is the sermon from our 4/26/26 service, joined by guest speaker Dr. Vijay K. Goyal. Vijay is President of Signature Awakening Ministries, a ministry which exists to “Train others to have a life-changing encounter with God, find their true identity in Christ, and exercise their true authority while leaving a legacy that would affect history” (https://www.signatureawakening.org). 

Vijay’s message focuses on the phrase, “For God so loved,” in John 3:16. He spends time explaining how this phrase expresses the profound love of God, in that it’s this ‘SO LOVED’ which led the Father to send His one and only Son for our salvation. He connects this to other Bible passages that reveal God’s love, inviting us to experience the love that God has lavished on us. Additionally, he connects this message to forgiveness, in that God gives us the ability to forgive because of His ‘SO LOVED’ and His mercy on us. 

This year, our focus is on building Stretchy Faith— a kind of faith that moves us beyond what’s comfortable and grows us in the areas that matter most.
