Responding to Easter | Worship Is Our Response (Easter 2026) | Pastor Glenn Magnusen
This is the sermon from our 4/5/26 Easter service. This message continues our “Worship Is Our Response” series, as we dive into another word study. We look into the meaning of ‘todah’, which is to respond to who God is before you see what He does. We tie this into the passover and Easter, as we reflect on our need to slow down, experience, and respond to Jesus’ death and resurrection.
What is worship? For many of us, worship means singing a few songs on Sunday morning. But the Bible paints a much bigger picture. Worship is not just something we sing. It’s how we respond to who God is and what He has done. Join us for our series: Worship Is Our Response. We’ll explore what true worship really looks like — from hearts that respond in praise, to lives that respond in surrender. Because worship isn’t just part of life, it will shape the way we live.
This year, our focus is on building Stretchy Faith—a kind of faith that moves us beyond what’s comfortable and grows us in the areas that matter most.
