Where Are My Feet? | Mission Is Our Calling (Pt 2) | Pastor Glenn Magnusen
This is the sermon from our 5/17/26 service. We opened this series by realizing that every believer, including you, is on mission with God. To understand what this means, we spent time in Luke 10:1-2: “After this the Lord appointed seventy-two others and sent them two by two ahead of him to every town and place where he was about to go. He told them, ‘The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field.’” Today, we open our eyes to where God has already placed us, and we reflect on who we can reach out to in our everyday lives.
At PAG, we love missions. We believe in sending, supporting, praying, and giving so the gospel can go across the world. But missions is not only something that happens far away. Jesus also calls ordinary followers to live on mission in the places He has already put us. In this series, Missions Is Our Calling: Across the World, Across the Street, Across the Table, we’ll look at Luke 10 and ask what it means to be part of the mission of Jesus right where we are. Join us as we talk about how God can use ordinary people, ordinary places, and ordinary conversations to make an eternal impact.
This year, our focus is on building Stretchy Faith—a kind of faith that moves us beyond what’s comfortable and grows us in the areas that matter most.
